1. Service and operator
HighClassConnect is a matrimonial introduction brand operated by CINE PROJECTORS, with correspondence address at Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh 226024, India. The service facilitates profile discovery and communication; it is not a marriage bureau guaranteeing any outcome.
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of marriage under applicable law.
- You must create a profile only for yourself, or with the clear authority and consent of the person represented.
- You must provide truthful, current and non-misleading information.
- Persons using the service for casual dating, commercial solicitation, escorting, trafficking, harassment or unlawful activity are prohibited.
3. Account responsibilities
You are responsible for account security, all activity under your credentials and promptly reporting unauthorized access. Never share OTPs, passwords, card PINs or UPI PINs with any member or staff.
4. Profiles and moderation
We may review, edit visibility, suspend or remove profiles that are incomplete, misleading, duplicated, abusive, fraudulent or contrary to these terms. A review badge does not guarantee identity, marital status, employment, income, education, criminal history or compatibility.
5. Member interactions
Members make independent decisions regarding communication, meetings and marriage. You must verify all material claims and use safe meeting practices. HighClassConnect is not responsible for promises, gifts, loans, transfers, dowry demands, emotional harm or offline conduct between members.
6. Paid membership
Membership features, validity, limits and prices are stated on the Membership page at the time of purchase. Membership is personal, non-transferable and begins when digital access is activated. Payment may appear under the descriptor CINE PROJECTORS.
7. Prohibited conduct
- Impersonation, fake documents or false marital status.
- Threats, sexual harassment, hate speech or repeated unwanted contact.
- Requests for money, investments, loans, gift cards, OTPs or banking credentials.
- Scraping, copying, selling or publishing member data or photographs.
- Attempting to bypass security, payment or access controls.
8. Suspension and termination
We may restrict or terminate access for policy violations, fraud risk, payment disputes, legal requirements or safety concerns. Members may request account closure through support, subject to legal retention requirements.
9. Limitation and disclaimer
The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim guarantees of match quality, response rates, meetings, engagement or marriage. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Governing law and contact
