1. Data controller
HighClassConnect, operated by CINE PROJECTORS, is responsible for the personal information processed for the service. Privacy requests may be sent to admin@vipconnect.today.
2. Information we may collect
- Account details such as name, email, mobile number and login records.
- Matrimonial biodata including date of birth, gender, location, religion/community where voluntarily provided, education, occupation, income range, family and partner preferences.
- Photographs, identity or verification information submitted with consent.
- Payment transaction references and membership records; full card data is handled by the payment gateway, not stored by us.
- Device, IP address, browser, security logs, cookies and support communications.
3. Purpose of processing
We use information to create and display profiles, provide search and communication features, process membership, prevent fraud, moderate content, resolve complaints, comply with law and improve the service.
4. Sensitive profile choices
Religion, community, health, disability and other sensitive details should be optional and shared only when necessary for matrimonial preferences. Users control what they provide, subject to mandatory legal and safety fields.
5. Sharing
Profile information is shared with other members according to privacy settings. We may use vetted hosting, payment, communication, analytics and security providers under contractual safeguards. We may disclose data when legally required or necessary to protect rights and safety.
6. Data retention
Account and profile data is retained while the account is active and for a reasonable period afterward for dispute prevention, legal compliance and security. Retention periods should be finalized before launch and documented in internal policy.
7. Your choices and rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, account closure, consent withdrawal or grievance review. Some records may be retained where required for legal, fraud or payment obligations.
8. Security
A production service must use encrypted transport, access controls, secure password hashing, audit logs and restricted administrative access. No internet service can promise absolute security.
9. Children
The service is not for persons under 18. We do not knowingly accept profiles of minors.
10. Frontend demonstration notice
The supplied static website stores demo form data in the browser localStorage and sends no form information to a server. This behavior must be replaced by secure production systems before launch.
