1. Merchant information
HighClassConnect membership payments are collected for services operated by CINE PROJECTORS. The bank or payment statement may show CINE PROJECTORS or the approved gateway descriptor. Support: payments@vipconnect.today.
2. Accepted methods
Subject to the selected gateway, accepted methods may include UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking and wallets. Availability depends on bank, gateway and regulatory rules.
3. Pricing and taxes
The final payable amount, plan validity and included taxes are displayed before checkout. No payment should be made through an unlisted personal account or in response to a member request.
4. Security
Payments must be completed only through the official checkout. HighClassConnect staff will never ask for card PIN, CVV over chat, UPI PIN, OTP, net-banking password or remote device access.
5. Failed or pending payments
If money is debited but membership is not activated, wait for the bank status to settle and contact payment support with the transaction reference. Do not repeat payment until status is confirmed.
6. Gateway launch requirement
The current static page is not connected to a payment processor. A secure server must create signed orders, validate gateway callbacks/webhooks and activate memberships only after verified payment status.
