1. General rule
Membership provides immediate or scheduled access to digital features. Once access has been activated or substantially used, fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or where the service was not delivered due to a confirmed technical or billing error attributable to us.
2. Eligible cases
- Duplicate payment for the same order.
- Payment captured but membership not activated within 72 hours after a valid support complaint.
- Incorrect amount charged due to a system error.
- Other cases required by applicable consumer law.
3. Normally ineligible cases
- No suitable match, response, meeting, engagement or marriage.
- Change of mind after membership activation.
- Account suspension caused by policy violation.
- Failure to use the service during the validity period.
- Dissatisfaction based solely on profile availability or member decisions.
4. Request process
Email payments@vipconnect.today within 7 calendar days of the transaction, including registered email, mobile number, order reference, amount, date and reason. Do not send card or UPI PIN details.
5. Processing timeline
Approved refunds are initiated to the original payment method, normally within 7–10 business days after approval. Banks and payment providers may require additional time to credit the amount.
6. Chargebacks
Contact support before initiating a chargeback so legitimate activation or duplicate-payment issues can be investigated. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account restriction and recovery action permitted by law.
