1. Digital delivery
Membership is delivered electronically to the registered account after successful payment verification. No physical shipment is involved.
2. Expected activation
Automated gateway payments should normally activate within a few minutes. Payments requiring manual or risk review may take up to 24–72 hours.
3. Delivery confirmation
Activation should be visible in the member dashboard and may also be confirmed by email or SMS when production messaging is implemented.
4. Non-delivery support
If access is not activated within the stated period, contact payments@vipconnect.today with the order reference and registered contact details.
